What is this event for?
On Friday January 10th, in each class of the five schools, all the students in the International Studies French Program will participate in the French Cultural Event “La Galette des Rois”.
The “Galette des Rois” is a traditional French pastry enjoyed in January to celebrate the Epiphany. Inside the cake is a hidden charm (fève), and whoever finds it becomes “king” or “queen” for the day!
Who is our partner this year?
This year La Galette des Rois will be made by Marie Blachere, by offering a special price to FIPA.
Marie Blachere offers authentic French breads, pastries, and sandwiches, baked fresh daily with traditional techniques. A taste of France in the heart of Miami!

Please order before January 1st.
Your order will be delivered to school on January 10th and given to your child.
